• Governance of Relationship: Once access is granted upon accepting these Terms & Conditions (T&C), they strictly govern your commercial relationship with AMAN GEM.
• Precedence: Insofar as access to the website, stone reserves, and purchases are concerned, these Terms & Conditions maintain absolute precedence over any other secondary documentation.
• Offer for Purchase: Your order for diamond stones selected after browsing the portal amounts to an offer for purchase, subject to standard verification, merchant-specific policies, and final confirmation from our atelier desk.

AMAN GEM is the sole and exclusive owner of the brand and website www.onlybrowns.in. All imagery, certifications, 360-degree scans, diamond data, video showcases, and design layouts are wholly owned intellectual property of the company.

• Individual Access: Account credentials and portal access are strictly reserved for the registered client to whom login credentials have been assigned. Passing confidential diamond stock data or wholesale pricing to unauthorized third parties without written authorization will invite immediate revocation and legal proceedings.
• Lawful Purpose Only: Access is provided exclusively for legitimate commercial, trade, and private diamond acquisitions. Any unlawful conduct, defamatory communication, or technological disruption targeting our infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
• Credential Security: Clients bear full responsibility for all activities, offers, and stone requests initiated under their assigned credentials. AMAN GEM accepts no liability arising from unauthorized account sharing by the user.

Our diamond trade transactions adhere to international standards of gemological integrity, Kimberley Process compliance, and transparent trade practices.

To ensure total security and peace of mind, high-value diamond shipments are fulfilled exclusively through recognized, specialized armoured courier services (e.g. Malca-Amit, Brinks, Ferrari, or registered air logistics).

• Full Transit Insurance: All shipments carry comprehensive transit insurance coverage directly underwritten through the recognized courier services until destination handover.
• Complimentary Air Freight Threshold: For purchases exceeding US $15,000, freight charges to the nearest designated international airport will be borne by AMAN GEM. Local clearance and destination charges, if any, are borne by the purchaser.
• Orders Below US $15,000: Applicable standard shipment and handling charges will be borne in full by the purchaser.

These terms, contracts, and all disputes arising directly or indirectly from transactions entered into via www.onlybrowns.in or through the services of AMAN GEM are subject exclusively to the legal jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
